Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Coats & Jackets, Jeans, Sweaters, and other apparel fit perfectly and meet your expectations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Hosiery (once packaging is opened)
  • Sleepwear items with removed tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during promotions)

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Exchange Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for exchanges to ensure you receive your new items promptly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asian countries and select remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability in our current collections including Outerwear, Pants, Crops & Capris, and Skirts & Skorts. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
