Returns & Exchanges
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Coats & Jackets, Jeans, Sweaters, and other apparel fit perfectly and meet your expectations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks & Hosiery (once packaging is opened)
- Sleepwear items with removed tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked during promotions)

Return Shipping
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Exchange Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for exchanges to ensure you receive your new items promptly.

International Returns

Exchanges
