5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Socks & Hosiery (once packaging is opened)

Return Process

4. Package items securely with original tags attached
5. Ship to our returns address (provided in authorization email)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for your new items.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:
